Situation:

1.  In the UV Flat Panel Digital Printing Equipment Industry, current solutions including direct drive motor, RV reducer, planetary reducer, harmonic drive, etc.

2. In this industry, the reducer is mainly used in the roller drive and the printing head moving in the guide rail. The roller drive needs to be synchronized with the printing head without error. The accuracy requirement of the reducer is relatively high. Usually, one machine uses two to three reducers.

The working condition is good, and workers should pay attention to the installation details. The noise of the reducer is prohibited. It is suggested to add grease and do the sealing to prevent grease leakage.
