On August 1, EFORT launched the new spraying robot GR6150-1500 to perfect the product matrix.
It is understood that the standard load of the new product GR6150-1500 is 15kg, the working radius is 1.5m, the repetitive positioning accuracy is 0.15mm, and the body weight is 245kg. It has an explosion-proof structure. At the same time, the product can realize large angle movement of each axis, and the work coverage space is larger.
In addition to the new product GR6150-1500, at present, there are five Spraying Robots in EFORT, including three offset wrists (GR6100-3800, GR680-2700, and GR630-1900), one hollow wrist (GR6150-2900), and one orthogonal wrist (GR6160-3200).
With the launch of the new product GR6150-1500, EFORT's hollow wrist spraying robot has been added from one to two.
Compared with the hollow wrist product GR6150-2900, the maximum load of the new product GR6150-1500 is still 15kg, and the working radius is half of that of GR6150-2900. However, the repetitive positioning accuracy and action speed have been improved.
There are also obvious differences between the two usage scenarios. GR6150-2900 is applicable to the automobile, auto parts, tricycles, and other industries, mainly used for the spraying development of the automobile industry, the spraying of automobile body in white, bumper parts, containers, engineering vehicles, and other large workpieces.
The new product GR6150-1500 is mainly applicable to hardware, furniture, and other industries. It is applicable to the spraying application scenarios of small-scale integral parts such as motors, reducers, water pumps, valves, single cylinder engines, chairs, bedside cabinets, electric vehicles, bicycles, and motorcycle accessories. It is especially applicable to irregular-shaped parts such as hardware parts, furniture, and 3C plastic parts.
EFORT's spraying robot products realize hexagonal matrix, and CMA contributes to it. CMA is located in Italy. Founded in 1994, CMA has nearly 30 years of experience in R & D of Spraying Robots and a wide range of product applications. CMA is at the forefront of the European spraying robot market.
After the strategic acquisition of CMA, EFORT and CMA's founding shareholders jointly established CMA (Wuhu) Robot Technology Co., Ltd. in China, which is responsible for the design and manufacturing of Spraying Robots.
In 2018, EFORT also established Jiangxi CMA Robot Engineering Co., Ltd., whose main business is the integration of spraying industrial robot systems. At the same time, it provides a complete set of spraying robot application solutions according to customer needs.
In terms of software, in June this year, EFORT announced the launch of a new generation of visual intelligent programming system AxPS. Through visual recognition or infrared scanning technology, the system can recognize the shape and size of furniture parts and automatically plan the robot's path. Combined with the position and posture of the workpiece, the spraying trajectory, and the process parameters, the system intelligently generates the spraying robot running program and matches the corresponding solutions for various application scenarios.
Under the background of comprehensive transformation and upgrading of the global manufacturing industry and high-quality development, EFORT will continue to empower industries such as automobiles and parts, 3C electronics, sanitary ware ceramics, furniture, and wood products with industrial robots as the starting point, and continue to strive to become an international first-class intelligent equipment supplier.
