The important position of the northeast industrial base in the new period is self-evident, but with the economic downturn entering a new stage, the economic pressure on Northeast China is further increasing. At present, the northeast region is facing two major problems: first, the new impetus for economic growth is insufficient; Second, the structural contradiction of the weakening of the old driving force is prominent.
