1. The materials used for forging a gear do not meet the design requirements, resulting in abnormal wear. The materials used for the gear should adopt this kind of high strength, high toughness, and good wear resistance;
2. The forging process used is not good. There are sand holes, pores, loose holes, insufficient spherical inking, and other defects. Good forging technology is very important for gears;
3. If the heat treatment process is not good, the hardness is not enough or the heat treatment is not carried out, the gear hardness can be improved by carburizing and quenching.
4. The gear design is unreasonable or the two gears do not match, resulting in the gear meshing accuracy and motion accuracy can not meet the requirements. The gear needs accurate design to reduce this problem.
5. Circular arc gear is very sensitive to the error of center distance, especially the forward error of center distance, which not only reduces the bending strength of gear teeth but also increases sliding wear.
6. Lack of oil or mixed with worn metal chips in lubricating oil will also cause tooth surface wear and a poor working environment.
Some planetary gear reducers are worn out for more than 10 years and can even be used normally.
If the wear speed is fast, it is necessary to consider whether the wear problem is caused by the above reasons.
If the planetary reducer does not use lubricating oil, it will have a great impact on the rotation and wear.
The use of high-quality lubricating oil can well solve the wear caused by lubricating oil problems. Of course, regular inspection of lubricating oil can not be reduced.
If we can add lubricating oil directly instead of cleaning it when adding lubricating oil to the planetary reducer, we need to use different magnetic bodies to adsorb metal particles.
When the planetary reducer rotates, it is inevitable that there will be wear. The metal nanoparticles falling from wear will exist in the lubricating oil. Data cleaning of these metal particle structures with the magnetic body can reasonably reduce the re-occurrence of wear. Here we can also see the importance of keeping the lubricating oil clean.
