Strain Wave Drive LHS

The flexspline of the LHS standard hollow-shaft flexspline strain wave gear has a hollow flanged barrel structure. A traditional key connection and cross slider coupling can be used to connect with the motor, and the wave generator can be configured for a large diameter through-hole or a solid input shaft structure. A support bearing and a fully sealed structure can be designed for the strain wave gear, making it useful for threading components through and attaching a bevel gear or timing belt transmission at the input end. The LHS standard hollow-shaft flexspline strain wave gear suits large hollow structures, efficiently solving internal power line problems.

4. In terms of price and delivery time, the tool magazine has a single model and stable delivery time. With the increase of quantity, the production cost will be reduced, and the annual purchase cost is reduced year by year, which even has an advantage over the high-precision planetary price.

Future trend:

With the increasing market demand for the efficiency, size, function, and accuracy of machine tool processing, the harmonic reducer can reduce the internal space, rotate more forms of tool magazine. More and more machine tool manufacturers will choose the harmonic drives for the solutions of tool magazine.
